Ever wonder who does the paintings hanging behind the I-Man on the RFD-TV set?
Imus tells us it’s Santa Fe artist Arlene LaDell Hayes, available at Joe Wade Fine Arts.
This one comes from a striking series of trippy acrylics called “Dream Walkers, Spirit Warriors, and Star Travelers”. Check out the whole series. Hayes also does oil paintings, mixed-media work, and sculptures. Good stuff.

Thank you for the find! I am very glad to see these works up close. Walden Fine Art (Taos, NM) also has Ms. Hayes works for sale with prices listed online from $650… you can google Walden + her name and get to the site…
I was really impressed when I went to the online website Imus’s pieces on set are very striking but when you get to the website you see the range of her art.

One of my favorite artist is Dali and his piece titled “The Temptation of St Anthony” the art above reminds me of the same style, the vivid color and Dali elongates the elephant’s legs in his work.

I also thought immediately of Dali when I saw Hayes’ work! Several years before Dali’s death, we had a chance to buy one for $500. I didn’t want to pay that “enormous sum” (it was!!) but my husband thought it would be a good investment (“Think of what it will be worth when he dies!”) Well, I “dilly-dali’ed,” and another couple bought it …friends of ours, so we got to view it on display over their mantle, as opposed to ours, whenever we visited…talk about salt in a wound. My husband’s prediction came true, of course, and he still reminds me of our lost opportunity. I wouldn’t recommend buying art you hate just for the investment, but if you like it, it can also appreciate as an asset. I have to think Ms. Hayes will be in that category with the tremendous daily exposure that Imus is giving her…

This news is big. And all our little Hillary has to say is “She will have to wait and see what transpires” Paraphrased.
What is she waiting for? The Red Phone to ring… She is the craziest Woman running for President this Country could ever consider as Presidential material. Her 35 years experience includes watching as her husband (The Charisma Candidate in 1992) played around from the time he was Governor of Arkansas, and through the White House years.
You told Barack Ms. Hillary. To reject Louis Farrakhan’s endorsement not renounce. Why don’t you say something like that? Oh I understand. You have an open relationship I presume.

Todays Imus show was all about the news as I mentioned above your post. And it seems there is so much material to work with I am overloaded with it.
We started this Thread on a rather mild subject and now the site went dead on comments. Guess the interest has been hi-jacked by this alleged Sex Ring garbage.
Will try to make sense of all my edits and put together 1 or 2 YT presentations. It will take me all night. But I am ready.

Arlene Ladell Hayes is often found under just Ladell. At http://www.billhesterfineart.com we respond to the comment “I don’t know much about art but I like…” with: “Then you are at the beginning of a great journey. I am in the art busniness and I still say that I don’t know quite often. Wine, poetry, great loves and art are vibrant for me as long as I am continuing the discovery process. I’ve been drawing since I was 6, writing poetry since I was 8, drinking wine since I was in my teens and loving the joys of living since my granpa taught me. I am 71 years now.
Ladell is in our gallery because every time I look at one of her paintings I discover something new in myself. She works in many mediums. The works that you’ve been viewing here are surrealistic and early on inspired by Dali.
She has moved to Magic Realism and if you go to our website you will see examples of these. The firts Magic Realist was Alejo Carpentier, next came Marquez, Zadie Smith, Rushdie and currently Jose Saramago in literature.
Ladell may be a leader in the painting of Magic Realism. I think that she is.
